(Treviglio 1760 - Milan 1818)
THREE FIGURES AND A DOG AMONG RUINS

Lithograph, on laid paper, signed in the stone lower left Gaspar Galeari Dis ò. To the image 233 x 180 mm, the full sheet measuring 245 x 189.
As far as I know the print is unknown to any bibliography. However, it compares very well with a lithograph invented by Galliari but lithographed by his pupil Giovanni Migliara, which is preserved at the Panizzi Library in Reggio Emilia.

Price: 1.500,00 €

A master of scenography and capricci, the son of Gian Antonio Galliari, Gaspare was born into a large family of artists in Treviglio, and died in Milan.
